Right to the image of clients photographed
Portraits and reportage carried out as part of a service involve real people. These photographs remain the intellectual property of the photographer, but their disclosure — including on this site — is subject to the explicit consent of the people photographed, in accordance with their right to their own image. This is why this site shows no public gallery; the reasoning is explained on the Approach page.
Confidentiality of documents for memorial reportage
Old photographs, names and family accounts entrusted as part of a memorial reportage remain the property of their rightful owners. They are used only to carry out the research and the service, and are never kept for other purposes, shown to third parties, or published.
