Information voluntarily sent by email may include your name, your email address, and the details needed to process your request (type of service, date, location).

Purpose

Responding to quote and contact requests, corresponding with people interested in a service, and following up on projects entrusted to me.

Personal data arising from photographic services

Photographs taken as part of a portrait or reportage, as well as family documents and accounts entrusted for a memorial reportage, constitute personal data. They are never published, shown to third parties, or used for demonstration purposes without your explicit written consent. Details of this commitment are given on the Approach page.

Audience measurement

This site uses Umami, a privacy-friendly audience measurement tool, hosted independently of any advertising system. Umami sets no cookies, collects no identifiable personal data, and allows no individual tracking of visitors across sites. The statistics obtained are aggregated and anonymous. This site does not use Google Analytics.

Data retention

No personal data is kept in an online database. Information sent by email is used solely to respond to your request and follow up on the service, then deleted once no longer needed.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, in accordance with the GDPR. You can exercise these rights at any time by writing to contact@another-time.photo.
